HENDERSON, Senior Circuit Judge:

The plaintiffs, in case 86-8042, appeal the grant of a motion for summary judgment favorable to the defendant, Lockheed-Georgia Company (Lockheed), by the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia in their action brought pursuant to the Age Discrimination in Employment Act, 29 U.S.C. § 621 et. seq. (ADEA). The defendant, in case 86-8261, appeals from the denial of various post-judgment motions for attorneys’ fees and costs incurred while defending this action.
