In an action, inter alia, to recover damages for breach of a loan agreement, the defendant appeals from an order of the Supreme Court, Westchester County (Lefkowitz, J.), entered August 18, 2009, which granted the plaintiffs motion for sum*994mary judgment on so much of the complaint as sought to recover damages for breach of a loan agreement in the principal sum of $100,000.

Ordered that the order is affirmed, with costs.
