Wilbur Lewis, Jr., instituted this proceeding under Rule 27.26 to set aside a conviction and sentence entered against him pursuant to a plea of guilty. He appeals from an order of the trial court denying that motion. We hold: (1) the information was sufficient as against Lewis’ contention that the information failed to adequately allege his state of mental culpability; (2) Lewis’ counsel was not ineffective and his plea was not entered unintelligently on the ground that he was not advised with respect to the Missouri Statute on conditional release; and (3) his…
