Respondent General Motors Corporation appeals as of right from the August 22, 1990, order of the Oakland Circuit Court reversing the decision of the State Tax Commission and ordering gm to pay taxes to petitioners Orion Township and Lake Orion Community Schools.'We affirm the trial court’s determination, but remand to the tax commission for implementation of the proper relief.
