Affirming.

This action, originating in the Jefferson circuit court, was instituted to recover damages for the breach of a maintenance contract for electric advertising services between the Federal Electric Company, incorporated* and the Krausgill Piano Company, made May 21, 1924, for a period of thirty-six (36) months. The contract is upon a printed form, prepared and used by the Federal Electric Company throughout Kentucky and elsewhere.
