*623Appeal by the defendant from an order of the County Court, Suffolk County (Braslow, J.), dated November 15, 2005, which denied his motion for resentencing on his conviction of criminal possession of a controlled substance in the second degree, which sentence was originally imposed, upon his plea of guilty, on January 17, 2003.
Ordered that the order is affirmed.
