I. PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

This matter is before the court on the motion of Hi-Tech Tool & Die (“Hi-Tech”) for reconsideration of this court’s order entered on November 29, 1996 ordering the turnover of property to Alois Manufacturing Company (“Alois”) and Target Components, Inc.
