¶ 1. Jim Aron filed suit against Andrew J. Reid in the Chancery Court of Calhoun County alleging that he held a partnership interest in a convenience store business operated by Reid in Calhoun City. Among *109other forms of relief, Aron sought an accounting for all profits generated from the operation of the enterprise from its inception together with a determination that he was entitled to a judgment for one-half those profits.
