In Re Amendments to the Florida Family Law Rules

This matter is before the Court for consideration of proposed amendments to the Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure and Florida Family Law Rules of Procedure Forms. We have jurisdiction. See art. V, § 2(a), Fla. Const.

In September 2008, the Family Law Rules Committee (committee) filed a “fast track report” proposing amendments to several family law rules and forms in response to chapter 2008-61, Laws of Florida.
