|,The plaintiffs, William Norwood, Jennifer Norwood and Norwood Minerals, L.L.C., appeal a judgment in favor of the defendants, Mobley Valve Services, Inc., Mark Mobley and Kimberly Mobley. The trial court found that the plaintiffs had not been over billed and that although the defendants had breached a fiduciary duty in one aspect of the transaction, the plaintiffs failed to prove they were damaged as a result. On appeal, the defendants filed a peremptory exception of prescription and plaintiffs filed a motion to remand, but only if this court was inclined to sustain the exception. For the…
