In this case, we decide whether appellant Greater Houston Partnership (GHP) is “supported,” in whole or in part, by public funds such that it is a “governmental body” subject to disclosure of information under the Texas Public Information Act (PIA). See Tex. Gov’t Code Ann. § 552.003(1) (West 2012); see generally §§ 552.001-.353 (West 2012) (provisions of the PIA).
