Appeal from a judgment of the County Court of Albany County (Breslin, J.), rendered March 14, 2003, upon a verdict convicting defendant of the crimes of criminal possession of a weapon in the second degree, criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree and reckless endangerment in the first degree (two counts).
