In this case, we are asked to review an order of/the district court dismissing an appeal from the probate court in a lunacy proceeding.

/ On April 15, 1918, the petitioner, Mrs. Sarah Ann Richards, ilvas adjudged by the probate court of Smith county to be a ''feeble-minded person. She appealed, and the probate court ( certified the proceedings to the district court.
