HAMITER, Judge.

A Chevrolet truck with attached trailer, of five ton capacity, crashed into a Ford sedan at the intersection of Cypress and Slack streets in the City of West Monroe, Louisiana, on March 18, 1937. The truck belonged to Raymond Heard, Inc., and was operated at the time by an employee of that company, J. D. Owens. Its insurer was the Employers Liability Assurance Corporation, Ltd. Plaintiff, Howard M. Fields, owned and was driving the above mentioned Ford sedan.
