The five above-entitled cases were, by stipulation, tried together in the court below, and separate judgments entered. They have also been axgued and submitted together in this court. The cases are identical in their nature and purpose, and involve, with the exceptions hereinafter stated, the same questions. The actions are to quiet and confirm the title of the plaintiff to the several tracts of real estate described respectively in the complaints.
