Facts of Case

The defendant, Mark Olson, appeals the trial court's entry of a judgment and sentence finding him guilty of possession of a controlled substance.

The facts are not controverted. A Snohomish County deputy sheriff applied for and obtained a warrant authorizing a search of the defendant's residence. The Affidavit for Search Warrant stated that a reliable confidential informant had "seen a quantity of controlled substance to wit marijuana" therein.
