LIVINGSTON, Chief Justice.

This appeal by the wife from a decree of the Circuit Court of Macon County, in Equity, challenges as error the action of the trial court in (1) granting a divorce a vinculo matrimonii to her husband; (2) denying a divorce a vinculo matrimonii to her; and (3) awarding custody of the parties’ four minor children (of female sex) to the father. Application is here made for an attorney’s fee for representing appellant on this appeal.
