1Opinion of the Court

Gregory, Justice.

Edgar Stanley Henry died October 26, 1982. Probate of his will was sought in the Probate Court of Cobb County. The caveators appealed to the superior court where summary judgment 2 was granted to propounder. That judgment was appealed to this court. We affirm.
