This is an appeal from a decree directing the defendants to reeonvey to the plaintiffs certain real estate which Jacques Stiegelmann, the plaintiffs’ testator, had granted and conveyed to Carrie M. Aekman. Stiegelmann instituted the suit after the grantee’s death, and the defendants are Mrs. Ackman’s heirs at law and their respective spouses. The plaintiff died subsequent to the entry of the decree below and his executors were thereupon substituted of record for him.
