Introduction
This is an administrative appeal brought under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act, 20 U.S.C. § 1400, et seq., as amended (IDEA). Plaintiff-Appellant Shannon Pohorecki is the mother of J.C., her son, and brings this action on behalf of herself as well as J.C. Defendant-Appellee is the Board of Education of Anthony Wayne Local School District (the District).
