This is an appeal by defendant from the judgment recovered against him in an action of trespass brought by Stephen Pesóla, and wife against Charles Tremayne, defendant, to recover damages for the death of plaintiffs’ minor daughter caused by the alleged negligence of the driver of defendant’s motor truck.
