HINES, Presiding Justice.
Kenneth Dubose appeals from his conviction and sentence for the felony murder of Roscoe Harris, while in the commission of aggravated assault. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
Construed to support the verdict, the evidence showed that Dubose was an associate of Lamont Armstrong, who was the brother of Harris’s wife. On June 9, 2006, after seeking him for more than a year, law enforcement officers arrested Armstrong on a variety of drug and assault charges.
