This matter is before the Court on Defendant’s Motion to Dismiss Indictment (ECF No. 51) and the United States’ Motion in Limine Regarding Use at Trial of Defendant’s Statements Under His Proffer Agreement (ECF No. 50). The United States has also filed a Motion Instanter to Allow Reply to Defendant’s Response to United States’ Motion in Limine (ECF No. 57).
