Petitioner is a California State prisoner incarcerated at the Sierra Conser*262vation Center, Jamestown, California, after being sentenced following a non-jury trial to the term prescribed by law, 6 months to 5 years, by the Superior Court of Los Angeles County, on January 7, 1963, for violating Section 23105 of the Vehicle Code (Driving while under the influence of Narcotics).
