BELCHER, Judge.

The conviction is for robbery with firearms; the punishment, fifty years.

Grace Box testified that on October 14, while she was alone in the liquor store which she and her husband operated, the appellant, whom she identified while testifying, came in about 1:30 P.M. She showed him various merchandise, but he said the prices were too high, and when another person came in the appellant left saying he would return.
