—Appeal from a decision of the *882Unemployment Insurance Appeal Board, filed September 22, 1997, which, upon reconsideration, adhered to its prior decision ruling that claimant was entitled to receive unemployment insurance benefits.

Claimant was employed as the marketing manager of a small corporation and also served as the corporation’s secretary/ treasurer. The president and chief executive officer of the corporation, who was also claimant’s husband, reportedly obtained information indicating that certain funds of the company were being misappropriated.
