Defendant asks for a review of the judgment and for its reversal.

The suit was brought by the plaintiff in the district court in his own name and on behalf of his minor children for damages arising from the death of his wife and the mother of his children, who died from the effects of injury inflicted by defendant’s dogs. Plaintiff averred in his petition in the district court that his wife was requested by the defendant, who was their next-door, neighbor, to come into her back yard and cut some wood; that the petitioner’s wife being indebted…
