EDWARDS, Judge.
Defendant was convicted of aggravated rape and aggravated burglary, violations of LSA-R.S. 14:42 and 14:60, respectively. He was sentenced to life imprisonment at hard labor, without benefit of parole, probation, or suspension of sentence for the aggravated rape conviction, and to a consecutive thirty years imprisonment at hard labor for the aggravated burglary conviction. In addition, the trial court assessed defendant the actual cost of prosecution, in default of which he was to serve an additional year.
