FUNDERBURK, Justice.
The Abilene Building & Loan Association recovered judgment against H. H. Ramsey and others upon a note for a balance of $627.-82, with interest and attorney’s fees, and for foreclosure of a deed of trust lien securing same. H. H. Ramsey, one of the defendants, impleaded Mrs. Edna E. Alexander, a widow, and by cross-action against her sought recovery for the same amount he should be adjudged to pay said building and loan association.
