This appeal is from a summary judgment granted Skelly Oil Company by the trial court. Gertrude L. Archer, a widow of Hansford County, Texas; Harriet Thomas Collard, a widow; Harriet Thomas Collard and R. L. McClellan, executrix and executor respectively of the estate of J. R. Collard, deceased, brought this suit against Skelly Oil Company in trespass to try title and alternatively sought termination of an oil and gas lease on 2¾ sections of land upon which the primary term had ended.
