NEUMAN, Justice.

This appeal concerns the legality of the sentence imposed by the court upon the defendant’s guilty plea to third-offense operating while intoxicated. Because the court imposed a condition not authorized by the applicable sentencing statute, we vacate the sentence and remand for resen-tencing.

I. Background.
