BUCKINGHAM, Judge.

The Estate of William Michael Wheeler, Brenda WTieeler, administratrix, appeals from a summary judgment entered by the Jessamine Circuit Court in favor of Veal Realtors and Auctioneers, Inc., and Will-mot Preston Veal (hereinafter referred to collectively as Veal). We affirm.
