This action was brought to recover the alleged ■contract price for drilling and constructing a well. There was a verdict and judgment for plaintiff, and defendant appeals. The plaintiff alleged and adduced testimony tending to show that he entered into a verbal contract with defendant whereby be agreed to drill and construct for defendant a flowing artesian well, guaranteeing to defendant that said well, when finished, would furnish *41'defendant plenty of water for domestic use and for all stock kept 'by 'defendant upon iris farm.
