Priscilla Williams appeals from a final order of the Department of Management Services, Division of Retirement (department)', finding that certain payments received by appellant from Gadsden County do not constitute “compensation,” pursuant to section 121.02(22), Florida Statutes, and are therefore not to be included in her “average final compensation” for the purpose of computation of retirement benefits under chapter 121, Florida Statutes. • Appellant raises 13 issues on appeal, but all these issues concern whether payments received by petitioner for furnishing typewritten…
