The appellee, plaintiff below, brought this suit in the circuit court of Sebastian County, alleging that the appellant, defendant below, was a fraternal benefit society, organized and carried on solely for the mutual benefit of its members, and had a lodge system and representative form of government, and which made provision for the payment of beneficiaries in accordance with § 6072 of Crawford &'Moses’ Digest; that she was the widow of Will Sanders, who died July 18, 1924.
