Plaintiff brings this Complaint to redress the alleged deprivation under color of state law of rights, privileges, and immunities secured by the Constitution of the United States. Specifically, Plaintiff claims violations of the First and Fourteenth Amendments to the Constitution, resulting from Plaintiff’s termination of employment as a jailer in the El Paso County Sheriff’s Department.
