This is an appeal from a judgment of the Franklin ■circuit court adjudging to the appellee, Mary Belle Quire, a prior lien on a house and lot in the Thorn Hill subdivision, Franklin county, Kentucky, belonging to the appellants, Anna Hodges and the collaterial heirs of her deceased husband H. S. Hodges, to secure a judgment of the Jefferson County Quarterly Court in favor of appellee against Anna Hodges and H. S. Hodges for the sum •of $43.81 with interest and costs, which was entered in December, 1935. The judgment appealed from also dismissed…
