Lead Plaintiffs Dunping Qui, Yihua Li, Xie Yong, Linming Shi and Arthur Michael Gray1 move for an Order certifying a settlement class, approving the proposed settlement of the above-captioned class action and the proposed plan of allocation of the settlement proceeds pursuant to Rules 23(b)(3) and 23(e) of the Federal Rules of Civil Procedure, as well as for attorneys’ fees, expenses, and lead plaintiffs’ awards.
