OPINION
HANISEE, Judge.
{1} Susan Yurcic (Plaintiff) appeals the district court’s grant of summary judgment based upon the statutes of limitations applicable to her lawsuit for damages caused by a flood retention pond located adjacent to her building. Plaintiff argues that disputed material facts exist as to when Plaintiff knew or should have known about the injuries to her property and existence of her claims against Defendants.
