WEIER, Judge.
From a conviction of manslaughter and sentence of ten years imprisonment, the defendant Ronald Davis has appealed asserting error in the conduct of his trial. We affirm.
The facts favorable to the verdict establish that on the night of March 14, 1978, defendant Davis, Michael Lomax and at least one unidentified man entered the apartment of Henry Williams where Williams resided with Cheryl Henderson.
