DECISION ON MOTION UNDER 11 U.S. C. § 105(a) TO STAY ARBITRATION IN YUGOSLAVIA

This Chapter 11 debtor, Springer-Penguin, Inc., lost the benefit of the automatic stay in accordance with 11 U.S.C. § 362(e) when it stipulated to adjourn a hearing for relief from the stay beyond thirty days from the request for such relief, without obtaining a consent from its adversary, or an order from the court, that the automatic stay would continue until the adjourned hearing.
