State v. Ruggirello

¶1 Appellant Jerry Nick Ruggirello appeals the denial of his motion to suppress by the District Court of the Twenty-First Judicial District, Ravalli County. We affirm.

FACTUAL AND PROCEDURAL BACKGROUND

¶2 As far back as July of 2002, the Ravalli County Sheriffs Office (RCSO) had received information concerning Ruggirello’s involvement in the purchasing of illegal drugs.
