The plaintiff, Matthew Tucker, sued to recover the purchase price of capital stock in the corporate defendant, claiming it was sold to him by the defendants, MeDell’s Inc., Joe McCoy and W. Gr. Waddell, in violation of the provisions of the Securities Law of 1955 (T. C. A. sec. 48-1601 et seq.), and to recover attorney’s fees and court costs authorized by said statute. The Court found in favor of the defendants and a judgment was entered dismissing tlie snit at the plaintiff’s cost.
