This matter is before the Court on the Report and Recommendation of the special master, D. Warren Auld, who recommends that Respondent Nakata S. Smith Fitch (State Bar No. 262068) be suspended from the practice of law for a period of one year, with conditions for reinstatement, for her violations of Rules 1.15 (I) (a), (b) and (c), 1.15 (II) (a) and (b), 1.3 and 1.4 of the Georgia Rules of Professional Conduct, see Bar Rule 4-102 (d).
