This is an accelerated appeal from an order of the trial court granting Ann Bevil Boris’ amended motion for new trial.

We find that this court has no jurisdiction and, accordingly, we dismiss the appeal.

The record before us reflects that: (1) the trial court signed the order complained of on February 26,1982; (2) Anne Bevil Boris filed a motion for new trial on March 26, 1982, and an amended motion for new trial on April 30, 1982; (3) the trial court held a hearing on the amended motion for new trial on May 7,1982; and (4) the trial court signed an order on June 8, 1982 granting a new…
