Appellant Plain appeals a district court order denying his motion to vacate his pris on sentence. The United States District Court for the Southern District of Florida held that it lacked jurisdiction under 28 U.S.C. § 2255 (1982), 1 the statute pursuant to which the appellant filed his motion, because appellant challenged decisions of the Parole Commission, not the sentence imposed by the judge. We affirm the district court’s decision.
