The defendants, Emile Ponton, Myrtle Ponton, Alfred Ponton, and Joyce Ponton, appeal from that portion of a mandatory injunction entered by the Circuit Court of Kankakee County which required them to remove fill from their properties in order to re-establish natural drainage off plaintiffs Láveme and Dolores Brown’s properties.
