SUFFICIENCY OF THE EVIDENCE AT THE GRAND JURY
By separate decision of even date herewith, the court has determined that there was a good faith effort to conduct the subject eavesdropping in accord with the statutory minimization requirement, and has denied defendants’ motion to suppress the contents of the recorded conversations.
