In a negligence action to recover damages for personal injuries, the plaintiffs William Hauser and Donna Muntz appeal, and the defendants Mark Babinec and Patricia Garrison separately appeal, from an order of the Supreme Court, Rockland County (Bergman, J.), dated October *55412, 1988, which granted the motion of the defendant North Rockland Central School District No. 1 for summary judgment.
