Action by appellee to recover damages for personal injuries received by him while at work in appellant’s factory. A trial by jury resulted in a verdict for appellee, and from a judgment rendered thereon this appeal is taken.
Appellant’s first and second assignments of error challenge the action of the trial court in overruling the demurrers to each paragraph of appellee’s complaint.
